Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a notes section detailing various sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
